The Harford Center will be closing early on December 14 and 15. Buses will begin to leave both Earlton and Highland at 12:00 PM. DDA is requiring providers to have their staff trained in certain curriculum by the end of this year. We will be using the early closing during these two days to fully train all staff in these required trainings. Thank you!
Thank you to everyone who helped make our 60 for 60 Virtual Event a success!

The Harford Center provides services and supports to adults with disabilities. We promote dignity, safety, stability, choice, and community integration.
Our goal is to ensure that all of the individuals we support in programs are integrated into the community through social activities, volunteering, employment, and recreation.
Special Thank You to our Friends at Veteran Compost for Giving us a Tour and Teaching us All About Composting! Veteran Compost is a local company that employs veterans and turns food scraps into high quality organic compost. Visit their website here to learn more about their products and services, and click here to watch videos and see photos of our tour!
Effective July 1st, ALL STAFF AND PARTICIPANTS (WHERE ABLE) ARE TO CONTINUE WEARING MASKS IN THE BUILDING, BUSES, AND ANY COMMUNITY BUILDING, but we can REMOVE MASKS WHEN OUTDOORS. Thank you!
Safety is our number one concern. We are limiting the number of people in our buildings. Everyone must have a temperature check and symptom assessment before entering. Staff are required to wear masks at all times! We are currently supporting people at the center, in the community, in their homes, online, and over the phone.
