Michelle Ashford
Michelle is a highly dedicated professional with over 30 years of extensive experience supporting individuals with varying abilities who receive services through DDA as well as personnel management. She brings a wealth of expertise in providing direct support, case management, quality enhancement, and supervision. In her role with the Harford Center, Michelle effectively oversees the development, implementation, management, and sustainability of all quality assurance and improvement activities, case management, employee training, and compliance procedures.
Michelle is known for being passionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated. Notably, she serves as the chair of the Harford Center’s Standing Committee and is a certified MANDT Instructor as well as a certified trainer for Choking and Dysphagia for the agency. Michelle also attended the Maryland Conference of Executives (MCE) Leadership Program. She is actively involved in several peer provider groups facilitated by the Maryland Association of Community Services.
Originally from New York, Michelle now resides in Maryland, bringing her invaluable expertise to The Harford Center.
