Meredith Groff

Meredith Groff grew up in Cecil County, Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College in 2014 and her master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Florida State University in 2023.

In Delaware, Ms. Groff worked as an Employment Training Coach and Case Manager for Community Integrated Services. She also worked as a Case Manager for the State of Delaware, Division of Developmental Disability Services. In these roles, she provided resource and referral, case management, advocacy, and supported employment services to adults with differing abilities. After obtaining her master’s degree, Ms. Groff worked as a Special Education Teacher for Cecil County Public Schools. She taught transitional career readiness and transitional math to students with differing abilities, ages 14-21. Ms. Groff continues to support individuals with differing abilities in her current role as the Disabilities Coordinator for Harford County Government by providing free local events, learning opportunities, community partnerships, and resource referrals to Harford County citizens of all ages and abilities. 

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Groff enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also is passionate about music. Ms. Groff enjoys singing, dancing, and playing piano in her free time.
