Chuck is originally from the Baltimore, Maryland area, and has been a resident of Harford County since 2017.  He received a master’s of accountancy and information systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).  Chuck spent 15 years in public accounting as a senior audit manager, providing audit and consulting services for credit unions and government entities. 

In 2017, he joined Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) as the chief financial officer.  In early 2024, Chuck was named the interim chief executive officer for the credit union.  He is passionate about the mission of APGFCU, to empower its members with knowledge and the tools necessary to protect and grow their wealth. 

Chuck is a member of the Harford County Commission on Disabilities. He joined The Harford Center’s Board in 2024.  His wife, Jamie, is a substitute nurse for Harford County Public Schools.  They are the proud parents of their son, Jacob, who is beginning middle school at Southampton this Fall.
