Cathy started her career as a bookkeeper/accountant and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management, both from Wilmington University. She has primarily worked for small businesses with staff from 50 – 250 employees in various industries including technology, manufacturing, and consulting. She enjoys the hands on aspect of her work and knowing she can make difference.

As CHRO at The Harford Center, Cathy is responsible for the day to day activities of Human Resources including recruiting, retention, and engagement.

Cathy is an avid reader, enjoys travel, volunteering, good food and the Jersey shore.
