Kelly Warnagiris
Kelly possesses a vast expertise of over two decades in the field of Human Services. Her career journey commenced in 2004 as a paraeducator with Harford County Public Schools. Subsequently, she transitioned to DDA services, assuming pivotal roles as an Employment Specialist, Case Manager, and Residential Supervisor. In January 2017, she undertook a dual position as a Career Consultant/Marketing Coordinator at the Harford Center and shortly after ascending to the role of Program Supervisor for the Highland location, where she spearheaded the facilitation of a prevocational day program and the establishment of supported employment support services.
In 2019, Kelly attained her Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) credential and actively serves on the Employment Support Professional Certification Council (ESPCC) Quality Assurance Committee, as well as The Harford County Office of Disability Services and Commission on Disabilities Employment Committee. Her outstanding contributions led to her being honored with the “Excellence in Supervision Award” by the Maryland Association of Community Services in 2024.
Kelly is driven by a deep passion for enhancing the lives of individuals living with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Her extensive supervisory experience, coupled with her direct engagement, significantly shapes her approach to empowering Direct Support Professionals.
